About me

I am an enthusiastic IT Manager based in Zuid Holland, with a rich experience in IT management at commercial businesses and governmental organizations.

I'm specialized in the realization of complex IT changes

With Raodin, my personal mission is to make IT and business work more closely together. As an academic I combine my substantive knowledge of IT with my understanding of how the business operates. For me IT is an important strategic business enabler.

I have experience in setting up and executing projects as well as managing teams successfully. I have implemented organizational and strategic changes in teams responsible for services that need to be 24/7 available, making it changes with a high risk of failure. I successfully performed this in both public and private organizations.

Staedion

Interim IT Manager

At the housing cooperative Staedion I was part of the management team of Business Operations & IT (BIT). Within BIT I had budget and HR responsibility for four teams, total of 20 FTE. The teams consisted of Functional Application Management, System Engineering, Servicedesk and Facility Management.

At two liquid Tank Terminals in the Netherlands, I had end responsibility for the complete IT environment. As an MT member, I ensured that IT contributes to the strategic goals of both terminals.

MANAGER IT OPERATIONS

I ensured that all products and services that are in production and used daily by customers were available 24/7. In addition to these activities, I managed successfully developing an IoT-based monitoring tooling.

IT PROJECT MANAGER

During this period, I successfully led multiple IT software development projects. All these projects were related to monitoring of high-tech satellite communication. These projects where developed partly in-house and partly in Serbia.
