About me
I am an enthusiastic IT Manager based in Zuid Holland, with a rich experience in IT management at commercial businesses and governmental organizations.
I'm specialized in the realization of complex IT changes
With Raodin, my personal mission is to make IT and business work more closely together. As an academic I combine my substantive knowledge of IT with my understanding of how the business operates. For me IT is an important strategic business enabler.
I have experience in setting up and executing projects as well as managing teams successfully. I have implemented organizational and strategic changes in teams responsible for services that need to be 24/7 available, making it changes with a high risk of failure. I successfully performed this in both public and private organizations.

IT Management
Changes in the IT environment shouldn't have an obstructive impact on the operations like they sometimes are. I make sure that all the necessary actions are taken so that the operations continue smoothly as always during system changing updates.
IT Project management
With energy, enthusiasm, and experience I braught wide range of IT projects into a success. Bringing people together, letting IT-professionals communicate internally and externally combined with agile management is the key success factor.
IT consultancy
IT changes can be hazy if the matter is complex, e.g. cyber security, migration trajectory, ERP implementation and so forth. I can consult to make complex IT challanges better understandable.

Interim IT Operations & Information Security manager
As interim manager, I led the IT Operations and Information Security departments. From my role on the Management Team, I managed 38 professionals (across five teams) and was responsible for a budget of €6.5 million.

Staedion
Interim IT Manager
At the housing cooperative Staedion I was part of the management team of Business Operations & IT (BIT). Within BIT I had budget and HR responsibility for four teams, total of 20 FTE. The teams consisted of Functional Application Management, System Engineering, Servicedesk and Facility Management.

At two liquid Tank Terminals in the Netherlands, I had end responsibility for the complete IT environment. As an MT member, I ensure that IT contributes to the strategic goals of both terminals.
